The Full Moon occurs on July 25th, 2010 @ 3° Aquarius-Leo at 9:37 pm EST and on the 26th at 1:37 am UT.
This lunation not only shares beneficial aspects with the Cardinal T-square yet also forms a Mystic Rectangle so should prove to be productive in many area’s of our lives. Add to this the Sun’s role as the final dispositor of all planets in this lunation and we have the conditions present to utilize our luminosity to harmonize previously discordant area’s.
A quick review of the Aquarius/Leo axis shows Leo to be concerned with creative self-expression and the transcending of lower ego desires to demonstrate our personal expertise in some area while exhibiting confidence, strength and the generosity of good-will while Aquarius is where we bring to the collective the fruits of our personal expressions in a form that is uniquely innovative and future oriented to further the well-being of the Whole.
The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurs on June 26th, 2010 @ 4°46′ Capricorn/Cancer at 7:30 am EST, 11:30 am UT.
While this is a partial lunar eclipse this will be a significant event due to the powerful formations of the heavens at this time.
Eclipses began their shift to the Cancer-Capricorn axis during July of 2009 and this is our 3rd and last Lunar Eclipse occurring on this axis. The next 3 eclipses that complete the Cancer-Capricorn Eclipse cycle are all Solar Eclipses.
My view of eclipses is that they function as course correctors. Where eclipses occur in our chart is where that which is no longer productive for our growth and viability may come to an abrupt conclusion or be suddenly altered to allow for a new course to occur. Though eclipses often do usher in extremes of experience there is no need to fear them if you embrace that what is leaving your life or being altered in some form was not in your best interest any longer and/or has simply run it’s course.
I share my viewpoint for many seem to fear eclipses and I feel it is due to an underlying fear of separation from those that they love, or forms of being they feel attached to, no matter if those relationships or attachments have become detrimental for the person(s) involved.
In regards to relationships: while they can appear within the experience of physicality to have a “beginning and an end” we are truly never separate from those whom we love, for while our relationships change and take many different forms during our experience upon this plane, “beginnings and endings” do not truly exist in the absolutist manner in which we sometimes tend to perceive them for “Every Thing IS Interrelated, Always, and in All Ways”.
My mentioning of this is not to imply that everyone will have an event occur due to this or any other eclipse that will bring about the “separation” from someone(s) close to them for that is highly dependent upon individual situations. I shared my perspective to encourage those that may fear eclipses to try a new viewpoint that may bring a new understanding of the eclipse dynamics and their nature therefore allowing them more ease with any developments that may occur for them personally. Eclipses are not evil after all, they simply serve the function of bringing about necessary adjustments that we were unable or unwilling to preform for ourselves for any myriad of reasons.
The next Full Moon occurs on the Sagittarius-Gemini axis at 6°33′ on May 27th, 2010 at 7:07 pm EST.
For those of esoteric inclination, this lunation is also termed the Christ Moon and is the last High Moon of Spring, corresponding to the time of the dispensation of knowledge by The World Teacher that shall carry us forth on our path the remainder of the astrological year.
The correspondence of this lunation to the Christ Moon and it’s occurrence just a few short hours before the Uranus Aries Ingress implies this lunation shall be of significant importance in what develops for us over the next nine months; though with the astral influences now present there are truly no events of insignificance at this point! 🙂
The Full Moon on April 28th, 2010 occurs at 8°07′ Scorpio/Taurus at 8:19 am EST.
Where a Full Moon falls in our charts is where we are gifted the opportunity of becoming Conscious (Sun) of that which has been Unconscious (Moon) as during a Full Moon the Sun shines directly upon the Moon eliminating all shadows.
This lunation is also known as the Wesak Moon and finds its correspondence to Buddha. For those that are interested you can learn more concerning the Wesak Moon and the correlation to Buddha by visiting SouledOut.org
************
This Full Moon finds the Sun conjunct Mercury (just hours before the exact inferior conjunction) in opposition to the Moon in Scorpio and with the co-rulers of the Scorpio Moon (Mars and Pluto) in aspect to both the Moon and Sun this is a powerful lunation!
On March 29th, 2010 @ 10:26 pm EST we have our next Full Moon event at 9° 17′ Libra/Aries.
Where a Full Moon falls in our charts is where we are gifted the opportunity of becoming Conscious (Sun) of that which has been Unconscious (Moon), as during a Full Moon, the Sun shines directly upon the Moon eliminating all shadows.
As this is the first Full Moon to occur after the arrival of the Vernal Equinox and Mars turning direct and this Moon occurs in the sign of Libra where Saturn has been bringing forth lessons concerning relationships for the past 5 months, this is a significant event and will have effect of note for everyone, not only those with natal points directly aspected by the Full Moon due to Saturn’s transit of Libra being a collective influence.
This Libra/Aries lunation is a continuation of the previous New Moon in Pisces where we were brought to the threshold of new beginnings and possibly found ourselves needing to bless and release any factors in our life that were preventing our moving forward into a new form of expression. The Pisces Moon graced us with a broader awareness as to why a parting of ways with certain people and certain forms (both of the material variety and non-material variety) was of necessity before taking our next steps upon our path.
We now find ourselves focused within the Aries/Libra axis where Aries is concerned with the “I” principleand Libra is concerned with the “WE” principle.
The next Full Moon occurs on February 28th, 2010 at 11:38 am EST @ 9°58′ Virgo/Pisces.
Where a Full Moon falls in our charts is where we are gifted the opportunity of becoming Conscious (Sun) of that which has been Unconscious (Moon), as during a Full Moon, the Sun shines directly upon the Moon eliminating all shadows.
This Full Moon in Virgo is a continuation of that which we accepted grace upon with the previous New Moon in Aquarius.
During the 2 previous lunations we reconnected to and refined our inner fire (Leo) and began to make any adjustments we found necessary to our natural leadership abilities and we recognized that by embracing our unique expressions of authority we could offer unto the collective (Aquarius) a gift of substance that is serving to the whole.
With this Full Moon in Virgo we are offered insights into the health of our foundations.
To be of optimal service to an other(s) balance is required in maintaining one’s personal well-being/health while being of assistance to the well-being of an other(s).
Through an honest personal assessment of our capabilities to be of service in a manner that does not drain us to the point of ill-health, we find that we can be discerning of what forms of service best suit our personal capabilities to serve others while maintaining our own health and well-being, preventing burn-out that not only restricts our ability to assist others but also can leave us in a place of needing others to assist us more than we would care to be requiring of. Our next Full Moon occurs on January 30th, 2010 at 1:18 am EST @ 10°15′ Leo/Aquarius.
Where ever a Full Moon falls in our charts, is where we have the opportunity to become Conscious (Sun) of that which has been Unconscious (Moon), as during a Full Moon the Sun shines directly upon the Moon eliminating all shadows.
Two weeks ago, the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Capricorn brought in some incredibly supportive energies for new beginnings in the area’s of our life related to that New Moon event.
Our New Moons have been occurring in the sign previous to our Full Moons, which has been making for very interesting developments, concerning our intentions set during the New Moon.
This Full Moon carries what began in Capricorn into our Leo/Aquarius area for further development and culmination.
Even though our Full Moons have been occurring in signs after those in which the New Moon occurred, the Sun’s illuminations upon the Moon are completely relevant to that which was started in the previous signs two weeks earlier during the New Moon, and lend us guidance on our next step to achieving that which we intended during the previous New Moon.
The New Moon that occurred two weeks previous brought much to the surface for many and many have been doing a tremendous amount of release work since then.
Now with this Full Moon at 10° Leo, we are beginning to see the results of our intentions and how we did releasing anything that was not in alignment with our new intentions.
Tonight’s full moon, occurs at 11:30PM PST, and is located at 11° Gemini-Sagittarius.
Where ever a full moon falls in our charts, is where we have the opportunity to become conscious (sun) of that which has been unconscious (moon), as during a full moon the Sun shines directly upon the Moon, eliminating all shadows.
This particular full moon has the Moon in Gemini conjunct the fixed, royal star, Aldebaran, and the Sun in Sagittarius, conjunct the fixed, royal star, Antares.
Aldebaran and Antares are two of the Four Royal Stars, also known as the Gaurdians of the Sky, by Persian astrologers.
Zoroaster, the Iranian Prophet and Poet, whose works are attributed to the birth of Zoroastrianism, was familiar with these Royal Stars, and known to make reference to them.
Aldebaran, is known as ‘The Watcher of the East’ and is associated with Archangel Michael.
Antares, ‘The Watcher of the West’ is in association to Archangel Uriel.
At the full moon tonight, the Sun’s radiance is boosted by Antares, a red super-giant, and termed accordingly by classical Greek astrologers, “the rival of Mars”.
The Moon is supported by Aldebaran, an orange giant, it’s arabic name meaning “the follower”.
I view this Full Moon as offering us the safety (via the protection of the Guardians of the Sky) and the illumination to observe and consider what we have been following in our lives, be it a person or an ideology, quite possibly before now, in an unconscious manner.
As Antares lends his Mars-like qualities to the illuminator (Sun), we are afforded the foundation of courage and action, to change our course, should we find that we are indeed being ‘the Follower’, to another person or an ideology, that is not serving our Highest Good.
