Into the Mystic

The next Full Moon occurs on February 28th, 2010 at 11:38 am EST @ 9°58′ Virgo/Pisces.

Where a Full Moon falls in our charts is where we are gifted the opportunity of becoming Conscious (Sun) of that which has been Unconscious (Moon), as during a Full Moon, the Sun shines directly upon the Moon eliminating all shadows.

This Full Moon in Virgo is a continuation of that which we accepted grace upon with the previous New Moon in Aquarius.

During the 2 previous lunations we reconnected to and refined our inner fire (Leo) and began to make any adjustments we found necessary to our natural leadership abilities and we recognized that by embracing our unique expressions of authority we could offer unto the collective (Aquarius) a gift of substance that is serving to the whole.

With this Full Moon in Virgo we are offered insights into the health of our foundations.

To be of optimal  service to an other(s) balance is required in maintaining one’s personal well-being/health while being of assistance to the well-being of an other(s).

Through an honest personal assessment of our capabilities to be of service in a manner that does not drain us to the point of ill-health, we find that we can be discerning of what forms of service best suit our personal capabilities to serve others while maintaining our own health and well-being, preventing burn-out that not only restricts our ability to assist others but also can leave us in a place of needing others to assist us more than we would care to be requiring of.

With Jupiter and the Sun tightly conjunct in Pisces and shining a bright, expansive light onto our Virgo sector and the Moon we shall be afforded clarity as to how our more ethereal insights and ideals born within Pisces may or may not fit our Virgo capabilities for grounding and manifestation at this point.

The Sun and Jupiter highlight our personal dreams born of compassion and sympathy for others and how we would wish to lend our aid to those that we hold compassion and sympathy for.

The Moon in Virgo receiving the light from the conjunction of the Sun and Jupiter seeks to bring us into awareness of where we may need to perform adjustment to our previous ideals or forms of service to be able to provide the broadest scope of service possible while being cognizant of our current abilities or limitations hence allowing our progression with a plan that allows us to balance our personal well-being while being of aid to others.

Also of note is that this is the first lunation in the Virgo/Pisces axis since Saturn exited Virgo last October.

During the period that Saturn transited Virgo we were receiving lessons concerning service and health.

This lunation now comes just a few short weeks before Saturn makes his retrograde return into Virgo making one last assessment of how we have improved in these areas of service and health and noting if we are maintaining the practices born of our previous Saturn/Virgo lessons.

During this Full Moon we find that Pluto is in trine and sextile to the Moon and Sun/Jupiter respectively.

These aspects of Pluto to the Virgo/Pisces lunation are indicative of our ability to ground what it is that we learn from this lunation in a practical form that will transform our way of being/doing in relation to our Capricorn sector.

I expect this Full Moon to be especially significant for those within forms of service to the collective and shall be likely to offer insights as to how well we are or we are not fairing in the balancing of service to self/service to others.
