Into the Mystic

Pluto turned retrograde @ 5°25′ Capricorn on April 7th and remains retrograde until September 13th, 2010 when direct station occurs at 2°47′ Capricorn.

Pluto first covered these same degrees in forward motion between September 12th, 2009 and April 7th, 2010. There has been much occurring since last September in the arena’s governed by Capricorn(see below) and now we will be evaluating that which had transpired from a different angle during this retrograde phase.

Pluto is commonly referred to as the planet of Transformation, Death-Rebirth and Power.

The highest function of Pluto is to empower individuals and societies through bringing to an end that which has become non-productive and toxic, within and without an individual and/or societal structure, purifying the said entity on the deepest level and allowing for new forms to be seeded and birthed free of previous non-beneficial influences.

Pluto is the energy that achieves that which is necessary for our continued growth and expansion upon our path/life plan that previously we were unable, or unwilling, to accomplish on our own.

Pluto insists that we become aware of the reality(our shadow sides too!) of our attitudes, behaviors and situations and that we become an effective agent for change by owning up to our part in the shaping and implementing of our personal and collective realities.

Pluto asks us to become the master of our energy by learning to function effectively without manipulating, binding or draining others in an attempt to garner power in some form and to also not be permitting of others preforming these actions upon us.

Capricorn is the domain of figures of authority and large institutions and as the the sign of cardinal earth is concerned with practicality and the preforming of actions that bring forth durable structures that are built upon solid foundations. With Saturn as ruler, the Sign of the Goat applauds perseverance and encourages us to take responsibility for our structural foundations on personal and collective levels.

The long term residence of Pluto within Capricorn places our collective focus upon the restructuring of large businesses and governments with the individual focus being placed upon taking responsibility for our personal energy that we lend to, or withhold from, these Capricorn entities and by doing so become a conscious participant not only in our personal area’s related to Capricorn but also in these larger entities that form the societal foundations of our co-creative existence.

With Pluto in retrograde during the months that our Cardinal t-squares and crosses are occurring, I expect the public to intensely feel the need for change within Capricorn structures and much more so than these past months while Pluto was in direct motion, yet we will not be likely to see much productivity in regards to change within these structures until after Pluto and the other Cardinal t-square/cross Outer Planet participants resume direct motion.

Due to this, these next months bring the possibility of mass frustration and short fuses though for any that are resonant with astrology this is of no surprise for this has been highlighted for some time now.

This is a time to clarify personally where you stand on these all of these collective issues and to continue to shore up your personal foundations in a manner that allows you to flow through these coming months with the most ease possible.

Be mindful that Pluto preforms deep clearings on a slower time scale than other astral energies and this will help to reduce any frustration you may have arise in feeling as if some things will never change.

Continue to attend one’s individual processes and remember that this is of crucial importance due to the successful transformation of individuals contributing directly to the successful transformation of the whole. 🙂
